Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to give us a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
For hair extensions, thermal reconditioning and Brazilian Blowout, please allow 48 hours.
For bridal parties, allow one week.
Children
For safety reasons and the consideration of our other clients, all children, not receiving services, must be fully supervised by an adult at all times and must remain in the waiting area. No children or infants allowed in the chemical area at any time.
Payment
Cash, Checks, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Gratuity may be left in cash, or separate check to the stylist.
Deposits are required for hair extensions, thermal reconditioning, and bridal parties.
