Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to give us a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

For hair extensions, thermal reconditioning and braziliana please allow 48 hours.

For bridal parties allow one week.

Children
For safety reasons and the consideration of our other clients, all children, not receiving services, must be fully supervised by an adult at all times and must remain in the waiting area. No children or infants allowed in the chemical area at any time.

Apprentices
We employ licensed cosmetologists to train and assist our stylists in the salon.
Directors contribute to their compensation and also share tips based on performance. We kindly ask you to respect our policy by not tipping out apprentices directly.
